Boars Hill - Reunion Weekend

Annual Reunion & Dora Turbin lecture

10 - 12 November 2017 (Fri - Sun)

All members      Fully catered

Speaker: Fr Denis McBride

All members of CPW are warmly invited to attend the Annual Reunion. We hope that many members will want to attend and renew friendships in tranquil surroundings.

The Dora Turbin lecture takes place on Saturday 11th November.

At the annual Dora Turbin lecture, an invited speaker addresses an important issue of interest to modern Catholics. Denis McBride is Director of Redemptorist Publications. His principal areas of interest and writing are the human story and the Gospels: his work has always aimed to keep open a conversation between the drama of people's lives and the four great narratives of Christian beginning. If that conversation ends, he argues, Christianity will be consigned to a museum.

Denis has lectured worldwide and his lectures are not only informative and enlightening, but his delivery is entertaining and compelling. The Dora Turbin lecture is followed by questions and discussion.

Further details will follow in the newsletter and on the website.

Conversation, conviviality and community mingle with prayer and liturgy in true CPW style for the whole weekend. Come for the whole or just the Saturday.
