Booking Form
You can download a PDF format Booking Form for manual entry and printing here. You should then fill it in and send it (with your deposit) to the Booking person assigned to the event you wish to book for (see the page "Details of events 2013", and click to the event required).
If you prefer a PDF Booking Form that you can fill in on your computer, click here - this can be printed after you have filled it in.
You will need a programme such as Adobe Reader or Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to print the downloaded booking form. If you do not have such a programme, you may obtain it (free) from the Adobe web site (click on the button at the right).
